Hosting Plan Component/Feature Definition List
Disk Space - This is how much space on our server's hard drive you are allotted for your web site.
Max FTP Accounts - This is how many different ftp accounts you are permitted to create that has access to your site.
Max Email Accounts - This is how many POP3 email accounts you can set up under your domain.
Max Email Lists - The maximun number of email lists that can be created under your account.
Max MySQL Databases - This is how many MySQL databases you can create.
Max Sub-Domains - This is how many sub-domains you can create under your root directory (ex subdomain.mydomain.com)
Max Parked Domains - Domain pointers allow you to "point" or "park" additional domain names to your existing hosting account. This will allow users to also reach your website when entering the "parked" or "pointed" domain into their browsers. This is the maximum number of domains you can have under your hosting account.
Max Add-on Domains - Add-on Domains are domain names that point to subdirectories within your account. This number is the maximum number of add-on domains permitted.
Dedicated IP Address - This will place your site on it's own IP address.
Microsoft FrontPage Server Extensions - This will give you the option to install or uninstall Microsoft's FrontPage Server Extensions from your site.
Bandwidth - This is the maximum amount of Bandwidth that can be used by your website.
Web Based Control Panel - This gives you the ability to maintain all the important aspects of your site from an easy to use web based administration section. We use cPanel an industry leader in web server technologies.
IP Deny Manager - This feature will allow you to block a range of IP addresses to prevent them from accessing your site. You can also enter a fully qualified domain name, and the IP Deny Manager will attempt to resolve it to an IP address for you.
Network Tools - This is an easy to use whois script that will tell you whether an domain is registered or not.
Web Based File Manager - This works allot like a basic ftp program. It allows you to upload/delete/move and change permissions on all the files and folders in your web site.
Disk Usage Viewer - This will quickly show you how much disk space your site is using.
Index Manager - The index manager will allow you to turn indexes on or off for a directory. If indexes are off, people will not be able to see what files are in a directory that lacks an index file.
POP3 Email Account Manager - This allows you to add, edit, and delete the email accounts under your domain.
Web Based Email - We offer three different web mail programs that will give you web access to your POP3 Email accounts; NeoMail, Horde, and SquirrelMail.

MX Record Manager - This will allow you to edit your emails MX Record if you would like to direct your email to another mail server.
Email Tracer - Email troubleshooting tool that allows you to trace the route of an email from the server to it's destination.
Spam Assassin - Spam Assassin is an automated mail filter that uses a wide range of heuristic algorithms on mail headers and message body text to identify "SPAM" (unsolicited email). Once identified, the mail is tagged as SPAM for later filtering using the user's desktop mail client.
Spam Box - Enabling the Spam Box feature will cause all mail marked by Spam Assassin as spam to be delivered to a separate mail box called 'spam'. You easily can use IMAP or Horde/IMP to check messages that are routed to this box. If you wish to use pop3 to check the spam box, just add "/spam" (without the quotes) to the end of your pop3 login. (Example: joe@i.com/spam)
